What do these logos mean?

All of these "certification" companies are Meaningless!
Many of the sites on the internet certified by these companies remove serial numbers, break authorized dealer contracts, do not honor warranties, have impossible warranty policies, lie about the legitimacy of the products they are selling and even lie on their websites about being authorized dealers. Look at every major manufacturers site and they say "NO INTERNET SALES" it is in black and white, no getting around it.  So you ask, why would the BBB, or any of these companies certify companies that sell things in such a shoddy, sideways, no serial number manner? Honestly I am not sure, but I assume they do not care. Here is a quote from the BBB Accreditation section on BBB.org
"

BBB Accreditation

BBB has determined that this business meets BBB accreditation standards, which include a commitment to make a good faith effort to resolve any consumer complaints. BBB Accredited Businesses pay a fee for accreditation review/monitoring and for support of BBB services to the public. BBB accreditation does not mean that the business' products or services have been evaluated or endorsed by BBB, or that BBB has made a determination as to the business' product quality or competency in performing services. This company participates in BBB Online. This means the company has agreed to use special procedures including arbitration, if necessary, to resolve disputes."

So they don't care what you sell, how you sell it, no serial numbers, no warranties, how much you lie about the validity of the products you sell, out of a PoBox.. But if you make a "Good Faith Effort"  to resolve consumer complaints And of course.. Pay a fee... Your BBB Online Certified.. What a joke!! All of the other stuff in their "standards" they would not even know unless they ordered from the companies. Then they would realize that 75% of the products have no serial numbers on them and zero manufacturers warranties...

Here is an example: OnlineCarStereo.com has an A+ BBB rating, yet has a 0.1 out of 10 from 108 ratings on Resellerratings.com... You tell me who is paid off.

They let you put their dumb little logos on your site, making you feel all comfy, making it seem like the retailer is 100% on the up and up, when in reality all they just want their $29.95 a month. They do not order from you, they do not make sure the products you sell are legitimate, they do not make sure that the seller is not lying to the consumer about the validity of the products they sell. My suggestion as always, goto the respective manufacturers site, read what they say about internet sales. If some retailer claims authorization for a line, call the manufacturer and confirm.
