Customer ordered a AVIC-8200NEX . Shipped via Fedex tracking 776256545090 Delivered to customer at this address and signed for by "Patterson". Customer charged their credit card back 80 days after the billing claiming they never got it. Customer also claims they called me a bunch of times about it and that is not the case.. Customer never called me 1 time and said they never got it. Fact is it was delivered to the address given and signed for by Patterson..

Customer ordered a Clarion NX501RB, 95-2009 Kit. Customer got stereo and tried to install himself.. I attempted to diagnose his issues over the phone and he lied to me and said he had done everything I asked him to check the stereo.. Days later he admits that he did not do as I asked to test it and what I had said about the problem was exactly right in the first place.. He then says that there was something wrong with the screen... After all this I told him to take it out and send it back and I will test it... I get it back and test it for an hour and there is nothing wrong with it.. I have even since then sold it for cost to another customer and it seems to be working just fine for them. I then refund the customers credit card for the stereo minus a 15% restock fee cause it has been installed and to cover the 2 hours I had spent on the phone helping to diagnose the problem while the customer proceeds to lie to me that he has done all these tests.. NOW 2 months after his refund he charges his card back cause apparently he feels that he is due a refund on his original shipping and the 95-2009 that he never sent back.. This will now cost me $35 more for the chargeback.. So now if you all wonder why retailers online are so strict about everything.. It is because of guys like this GRANT METZGER that try to rip retailers off and take advantage of them..

Bought an QPower QBMIDGATE12 a large dual 12 subwoofer box for an Avalanche. Customer was informed this had to go by freight truck. Customer did not want to pay prices for a freight truck so they provided their own labels. Product supposedly got damaged. Customer sent product back to dealer with no RA after being told not to in at least 3 emails. They send it anyway and got the source to accept it even though there was no RA on it.. 2 months later charges their credit card back.. For all I know they bought the box from someone else, it got damaged, they order one from me then stick the broken box in the package I sent and sent it back.. People like this will reduce all your warranties to 48 hours if they can pull off junk like this.. Additionally customer was refunded $75.22 for shipping cause they provided the labels then charges their card back for the FULL amount including the $75.22 which was already refunded..
